A new luxury magazine geared toward women is about more than beauty and fashion.

Editor Jill Newman says Muse by Robb Report, which debuted this month, features thought leaders and dynamic, interesting women. Muse is also a website and speaker series for women.

The three platforms talk about what's going on in luxury automotive and how to get the most out of your financial planner. They even talk about style through the lens of the power suit, which is back in style this season.

Jill says Muse touches on a range of topics, all geared for successful and sophisticated women.

The magazine publishes twice a year. The inaugural April issue profiles some incredible women. Among them is Bertha González Nieves, who, according to Muse, is the only female tequila distiller with her brand Casa Dragones. Jill describes her as young, beautiful, and so enthusiastic about her Mexican heritage.

The magazine also features Natalie Massenet, one of the founders of Net-a-Porter, which, Jill says, certainly changed the game in selling luxury goods through e-commerce.

Muse also talked to Ann Colgin, who had formerly been in the art world, tasted a wine that changed her life, and started Colgin Cellars.

The magazine includes stories on India's extraordinary fabrics, the latest fashion, plus even more amazing women making waves in art and the culinary world.

And the timing couldn't be better. Women want something that speaks to them on an intelligent level, Jill says, and it's not always about fashion and beauty. Women want something that speaks to issues that matter to them.

Muse is hoping to do just that.
